As a not-for-profit, charitable community organization, we ask for the support of our community in helping us provide the best service possible.

PLASP Subsidy Fund
Throughout the year we collect donations for the PLASP Subsidy Fund. This fund provides subsidy to families who seek financial assistance for care for their child. Families are asked to complete a PPLASP Subsidies Form and meet several requirements to be considered. In 2000/2001, 151 families received assistance from PLASP.

Recognition Events
Throughout the year, we hold events recognizing our staff, volunteers, parents and the community. Many organizations contribute cash and gifts, to these events in helping us recognize the contributions from our staff and volunteers. Annual Meeting
The PLASP Annual meeting is held in November every year. Sponsors are invited to participate in this event. Organizations interested in sponsoring this event will have their name and logo mentioned and printed on signage, in the annual report as well as throughout the evening presentations. This event focuses on supplying the community, particularly parents, with information on PLASP from the previous year. Each year a special guest speaker is invited to join us and speak to all our guests.
