Our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan
PLASP’s three-year Strategic Plan began in 2023. Below are the Operations and Service Models that PLASP will focus on as we move forward as an organization. The strategic plan was approved by the PLASP volunteer governance Board of Directors. Our goals focus on improvements in programs and centres, technology, and staff recruitment and retention.
