    We’re here to answer your questions, help with registration, and make sure your child’s care is simple, safe, and stress-free.

    If you have any questions about PLASP’s programs and services, we have staff across the organization who can help.

    Please consult the table below for information on contacting PLASP.

    You are encouraged to speak directly to your Program Director with any questions or concerns.

    If your question is not answered, please contact the PLASP Support Services Centre, and your question will be directed to the appropriate staff to assist you. 

    In situations that may require more support, the Program Director may involve the Area Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President, Operations.

    Your Program Director will help you:

    • Report an absence
    • Make alternate pickup arrangements
    • Provide information about my child
    Early Learning & Child Care Centres:
    Location phone numbers can be found under the location search for each centre.
    School Age/Kindergarten Programs:
    Dial 905-890-1711 with your program’s unique extension.
    Leave a voicemail message for your Program Director.
    Extensions can be found on:
    – Posters in your child’s program
    – Your family profile on the PLASP web portal

    • Leave a message for a Regional or Area Manager
    • Get assistance with online registration
    • Ask about PLASP programs, policies, and operations
    • Ask about available subsidies
    • Get help with email communications from PLASP
