We have introduced a number of new policies and procedures to keep our families and staff safe as our centre reopens. Please take a moment to review our enhanced health and safety procedures below.
Pre-entry screening
Prior to entering the centre each day, you must screen your child(ren) and your household for symptoms of COVID-19 to ensure they are in good health. The following questions should help you decide whether or not your family and your child(ren) should avoid going into the centre.
If YES was answered for any household member for the questions below, the entire household is not permitted to enter the EarlyON centre.
Screening Questions
Q1: Does anyone in your household have fever, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, or any other symptoms?

Q2: Did any EarlyON attendees have close contact with anyone with fever, new/worsening cough, or shortness of breath in the last 14 days?
Q3: Did any EarlyON attendees have COVID-19 or had close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
Q4: Do any EarlyON attendees have a temperature of 37.8°C or higher?
Q5: Did any EarlyON attendees travel outside Canada in the last 14 days?
Q6: Did any infant experience unexplained lack of energy of difficulty feeding?
