Get Access to Affordable and High-Quality Child Care

PLASP Child Care Services participates in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system, which will support Ontario families with reduced child care fees for children under six years of age.

About the CWELCC System

CWELCC is a landmark system for parents with children in our Early Learning and Child Care Programs and Kindergarten Programs. The goal is to reduce fees to an average of $10 per day/per child by the end of 2026. These reductions are in effect for eligible families in both the Region of Peel and the City of Toronto.

The CWELCC system does not apply to children aged six to 12 years old.
