Since 1975, we have built an award-winning reputation as an excellent provider of Before and After School programs, as well as Early Learning and Child Care.

PLASP offers affordable, licensed full day care for children six weeks to five years at more than 30 Early Learning and Child Care Centres in Peel and Toronto. Programs are available for infants, toddlers and preschool children.

We also provide child care for children at over 230 Before and After School programs for both Kindergarten and School Age children in Peel Region and Toronto, and free, high-quality programs for caregivers and children up to six years of age at 6 EarlyON Child and Family Centres in Peel.

Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement

We are pleased to share that PLASP Child Care Services is participating in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement (CWELCC) system.

The Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) Agreement will support Ontario families to achieve an average fee of $10 per day for children under the age of six by 2025 through phased reductions. Learn more about CWELCC.
