Until you get a family doctor, write in the phone number and address of a walk-in medical clinic that you would use. You must also include the name of a doctor who works at that clinic, preferably one your child has seen on a regular basis.

PLASP offers a discount to families who have three or more children enrolled in any PLASP centres and programs. A 50% discount will be applied to the child(ren) with the lowest-priced fees.

PLASP Child Care Services accepts funding from Children’s Services for the Region of Peel and the City of Toronto. Families who need financial assistance can apply to the Region of Peel or the City of Toronto. Please contact them at your earliest opportunity to begin the process to receive a subsidy.

If you live in Toronto or the Region of Peel, you are responsible for 100% of the fees for your child(ren) until your subsidy takes effect.
