All program requests are done online. To register for a PLASP program, you must first create a PLASP account.
Adding or cancelling programs must be done by logging into your PLASP account. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted one week (5 business days) prior to the next scheduled pre-authorized payment day. As of July 1, 2019, our new cancellation policy will require cancellations to be submitted 10 business days prior to the next pre-authorized payment day.
