PLASP is proud to be a world-class early learning and child care provider that supports families by providing high-quality, licensed early learning and child care programs – where children thrive and want to be.

The first step to access to these interactive, creative, and fun programs is registering your child(ren) for them. Once you complete your registration there are often terms or phrases you will see on the status of your registration. Here are the PLASP registration definitions that will be helpful as you navigate the process:

What Does my Status Mean?
Your status may be different if your child(ren) are registered for more than one PLASP program. 

Please note: Your child(ren) is NOT registered for a PLASP program until their status shows Registered/Confirmed.

Below is a list of the different statuses and what they mean.

• Pending: We have received your registration/program request. Processing has either not yet begun for this request, or, we have begun processing and your request is pending status assignment. You will be notified via email once status is assigned (either confirmed or waiting list).
• Being Processed: We are processing your registration/program request. Program confirmation will be assigned based on program availability.
• Registered/Confirmed: We have processed your registration/program request and have confirmed space in the program requested. Your child is registered for this program.
• Waitlist: We currently do not have space available in this program. Your child has been placed on a waitlist for this program. You will be notified by email if space becomes available. For more information on our waitlist, please click here.

We are committed to keeping our families informed of your child’s status and when a space becomes available, children will be automatically confirmed in the registered program and you be notified by email.
