Were you a child in a PLASP program and now have a child who attends PLASP? We want to hear from you! As we approach PLASP's 50th anniversary, we continue to gather photos and memories from PLASP children past and present to be shared throughout the 2025/2026 year. 

If you attended PLASP as a child, please let us know by completing this short form.

Within the form, you will be asked to upload a childhood photo of yourself (if you have an old photo of yourself in PLASP, that's preferred, but any childhood photo is fine!). For selected participants, a member from PLASP's Marketing and Communications team will arrange to meet you and your child at their PLASP location to take a photo of you and your child together at PLASP. Families selected to participate will receive a $50 gift card.
